Last Exile
In a world that looks like the 19th century with anti-gravity devices Klaus and Lavie are pilot and co-pilot of a Van Ship and act as couriers. Klaus Valca, a 15 year old who using the Van Ship (a small flying ship) left behind by his father, made his home in the sky along with his childhood friend Lavie Head who is also 15. Their dream was to surpass what their fathers couldn't do and that was to pass through the storm known as "Grand Stream". However, they become involved with a mysterious mission after rescuing a little girl from a strange star-shaped killing machine. Not willing to let the girl die, they complete the mission by delivering her to the legendary mercenary ship Sylvana, only to become part of the crew as fighter pilots.
Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex
1st GIG
In the future, life between the digital and physical world has been blurred. The boundary of technology and humanity has been stretched beyond imagination with lives being led in both the electronic and physical worlds. With the melding of man and machine a new cybernetic level of existence is being created - An existence that continues to redefine mankind.
The Best of Sailor Moon
Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon is a story about a klutzy, crybaby, 14 year old underachiever named Tsukino Usagi who was given some transformation items and super powers. Usagi transforms into the pretty, sailor suited fighter called Sailor Moon to fight against evil. Then as time goes by, Usagi is joined by some other girls to form a team of sailor suited fighters.
Join us as we take a trip back to this 'gateway' anime. We will be viewing the 16 best episodes of Sailor Moon from various seasons (filled with nostalgic value). Please note that we'll be showing the japanese (english subtitled) version, which means we will be watching it as it was meant to be seen- uncensored. (Zoisite was a man? Sailor Uranus and Neptune weren't just best friends? There actually is fanservice?!) Think you know sailor moon? Think again.
Note: Sailor Moon lost American licensing in 2005. The manga is also currently out of print.
Midori no Hibi
High school delinquent Seiji Sawamura is desperate to have a girlfriend, especially after being rejected by 20 girls as of late. He's afraid that he will end his life with his right hand as his only companion. Apparently, that doesn't change when one day when he wakes up and discovers that his right hand has become a girl named Midori Kasugano, who confesses that she has had a crush on him for the last three years.
