How to Nominate a Candidate

  2. Dowload the PDF nomination form here.

    You will need Adobe Acrobat Professional to Edit and Save your form for upload. This software is available for free for all Harvard Students, accessible with your Harvard PIN. Click Here for instructions.

    Complete the nomination form, including a narrative outlining the reasons for the nomination -- why the nominee fulfills the criteria for this award and how s/he has affected your graduate life, education and development.

  3. Each nominator may solicit additional nominations (the same nomination form as above) from other students who have also been mentored by the nominee.

  4. You and any other nominators can

    You may upload and OVERWRITE your nomination form as many times as you want up until the deadline.

Uploading the forms electronically is strongly preferred. However, in case you experience technical difficulties when submitting your form, you may email us your application as an attachment.
