Upload Student Group Funding Applications

Use this form to upload one file at a time from:

1. Mandatory PDF Student Group Funding Form 1 (Operational Expenses).

2. Mandatory Budget, no special form
    (Microsoft Word, PDF, Excel, text files accepted)

3. You may also upload publicity, posters, flyers, etc...     
    (JPEG/JPG, PDF, and Microsoft Word files accepted)
    Please limit file size to 1MB.

4. You may also upload separate copies of Special Event Funding Form 2 for
    each special event.

   Use this form multiple times to submit multiple files. If you use the BACK button in your browser, the form data may be saved to avoid repeated typing. However, MAKE SURE to change the "Type of File" if you are uploading a different piece of the application (i.e. Budget v.s Form 1).
