WEG EVENTS AND PROGRAMS: BOOK EXCHANGE It's that time of the year again - a new semester which means
new classes with new books. To help make getting all those new books a little easier and a
little cheaper, WEG is running its Book Exchange program again. If
you are interested in buying or selling any books, please email
weg@hcs.harvard.edu with the following information: BUYING OR SELLING? The information will be posted on our WEG Book Exchange website so check back often to see what
new books have been added. STUDY GROUPS Doing problem sets and studying are always easier and more fun when done
in groups. For that reason, WEG will be helping to organize study groups
for its members in concentration classes. We will compile a list of the
people interested in forming a study group for each class then e-mail
the people in those classes with that info. After that it will be up to
you to organize meeting times and places. We also need one person from
each class to head up the group and take charge of organizing the meeting
times and places for the group. If you are interested in joining a study
group please e-mail us with the following info: Name: REMEMBER, THIS IS FOR EC, GOV, AND SOCIAL STUDIES CONCENTRATION CLASSES ONLY! BIG SIS/LITTLE SIS MENTORING PROGRAM Interested in participating in a mentorship program either as a mentor or
a mentee? Then get involved in WEG's latest program! Big Sibs/Little Sibs
is intended to pair up freshmen and sophomores with juniors and seniors in
the same concentration and, if possible, with the same interests.
However, if you are a sophomore and feel that you can be of help to a
freshman or if you are a junior and would like a senior mentor for advice
on theses or post graduate plans, let us know and we can arrange a
mentorship for you as well. Upperclass mentors are especially needed to
pass on their wisdom and experience to the underclassmen, so seniors and
juniors please sign up! This program can't be a success without your
help. If you are interested in the Big Sib/Little Sib mentorship program
