- Submissions are limited to UNDERGRADUATE students only.
- If selected to present, the student presenter's conference fee is waived.
- Submissions may be abstracts and papers on clinical ethics, research ethics, health policy, case studies, historical studies, and entries into bioethics bowl competition panels; skits; plays; poems; art historical studies; and works of art.
- For academic presentations (individual or panel) please submit a title, thesis, and a 200-500 word abstract. On the title page, include your name, institutional affiliation, street address, e-mail address, and contact number. NOTE: You must submit an abstract. It is, however, optional to submit the full paper, though we encourage you to do so.
- For skits, plays, and poems, please submit the full, unmarked manuscript. On the title page, include your name, institutional affiliation, street address, e-mail address, and contact number.
- For visual arts pieces, please submit color slides (.gif and .jpg formats acceptable at appropriate resolutions.) Include in your mail package or e-mail the title(s) of your piece(s), the media, your name, institutional affiliation, street address, e-mail address, and contact number.
- Student presentations will take the following format:
- Presentation (12-15 minutes)
- Q&A session with audience (5 minutes)
- Laptops and projectors will be available. Please bring your presentation on a USB memory stick (flash drive) and also e-mail your presentation to yourself as backup.
