Conference Speakers

At the Global Health and Leadership Conference, students will address the injustices facing the world. They will look at inequalities in access, quality, and income, which disparages healthcare. They will learn and understand the importance of staff, stuff, space, and systems and the difference between outputs and outcomes for health initiatives. Students will be provided with the means, tools, and skills necessary to become effective leaders who can make a difference in and outside of their community, and they will have an opportunity to work as a team to tackle a social justice issue and make a lasting impact in the world. The conference will be lead by several global health groups on campus and tailored toward high school students. It will take place on April 28th and 29th from 10am to 5pm.

Students will learn about areas of global health and how to lead change and innovation in these areas.
Tickets are $20 for the weekend (Saturday AND Sunday), or $15 for individual days (Saturday OR Sunday).Fee is waivable.
