Welcome Welcome to the Harvard College in Asia Program! HCAP is a student-run organization at Harvard College. Our mission is to serve as a platform for student exploration and development; we seek to strengthen the international relationships of tomorrow. Since 2003 we have been accomplishing this goal connecting Harvard students and students at premier Asian universities through our many outstanding conferences. As an organization that has been in existence for four years, we no longer believe "project" accurately reflects the endurance and continual growth of our organization. Staff application: The staff application process for 2007-2008 has now closed. We encourage all those interested to apply next year.
