Each semester, we look for 20-30 first-year analysts to work in 2-5 person case teams to consult for a business, student group, or non-profit. Analysts will participate in training programs and develop innovate solutions for the client. Minimum time commitment is 5 hours per week - Dedication and strong work will lead to promotion within HCCG.

Analyst Requirements:

• Ability to think critically
• Strong work ethic
• Commitment to detail
• Strong written and communication (both speaking and listening) skills
• Freshmen and Sophomores preferred, Juniors are welcome to apply
• Acceptance rates have historically been 20-40%

Unfortunately, the fall application deadline has passed. We will be accepting applications for the spring semester, so please check the website for an application in late January or early February 2010.
