Analysts are new members who work their more senior peers, HCCG consultants. Combined, these two groups create the case teams that work with each client or organization. Within each group, a case team leader motivates, instructs, and communicates with other members as well as with the executive board.
Analysts may apply to be consultants or even executive board members after their first semester with HCCG.
