Riju is in his senior year at Harvard, where he is pursuing a bachelor of science in Engineering Sciences and a minor in Computer Science. His professional and academic interests are primarily geared towards alternative energy development and entrepreneurship, not only as they pertain to the United States, but also to the emerging economies of India, China, and Brazil. Riju is also actively involved in the Harvard community as the Co-President of the Harvard Global Energy Initiative, the Outreach Chair for the Harvard U.S.-India Initiative, and a Case Team Leader for the Harvard College Consulting Group. During the summer of 2011, Riju participated in the White House Internship Program, where he worked on Energy and Climate Change Policy with the Domestic Policy Council. Riju spent the summer of 2012 as as a Summer Analyst in the Energy Coverage Group of Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division.
