Sarah Shareef is a Co-President of the Harvard College Engineering Society. She was born in Chicago and grew up in Peoria, Illinois.

On campus Sarah has a held a position on the board of the Women in Science at Harvard and Radcliffe (WISHR), writes for the Harvard Science Review, and has presented at the Harvard College Undergraduate Research Symposium.

Intrigued by the intersection of engineering and biology, Sarah has spent her summers doing research in a bioengineering lab on campus and at Cold Spring Harbor Lab in New York.
