
HGWISE is a GSAS organization of graduate students and is dedicated to the personal, academic and professional development of women in science and engineering at Harvard University. To reach this goal HGWISE supports events and programs that provide educational and networking opportunities as well as social outings for our members.

HGWISE also strives to serve as a central source for information on local and national resources and activities for women in science and engineering. Through our activities, we aim to enhance the graduate experience of women in science and engineering at Harvard, to increase the representation of women in science and engineering at all levels and to improve the environment for women currently pursuing a career in science and engineering.
Our events, email announcements, and membership are open and available to all members of the GSAS community.
