This program is a new initiative undertaken by the Shanghai Municipal Government and AAA to provide Harvard undergraduates with the opportunity to both intern in Shanghai and explore one of the most international cities in China. The internship will span any time period of June-August, depending on the needs of the internship company. Each applicant will apply for 3 different companies in one field, either finance, biomedical, or IT. Housing will be provided. Stipends will be available depending on each company's policies.

During the last week of the program, if you haven't explored Shanghai and all it has to offer enough yet, you will have time to do so. There will be discussions with government officials, Chinese college students, and Chinese-Americans who currently work in China. Also, trips around Shanghai sponsored by the government will include: a nighttime cruise along the Bund, a trip to Suzhou - a beautiful ancient city located just outside of Shanghai, and perhaps even tickets to the women's Olympic soccer matches held in Shanghai!

Due Date: Monday, April 21st
