*Roundtable/poster-time slot selection

1. For session I, students sign up for one faculty roundtable time slot and 1 time slot to stay at poster out of IA (12:00-12:30), IB (12:30-1:00), and IC (1:00-1:30)
2. During session II, students sign up for 1 time slot to be at poster: IIA (3:30-4:00) or IIB (4:00-4:30)
3. Plenary Speakers arrive at 10:00 AM for Tech Checks
