About Us

NSA Mission

The Harvard Nigerian Student Association is strongly committed to building a network of Nigerians both at Harvard and beyond. Through this network, it will seek to promote awareness of Nigerian issues. Furthermore, the Association, in collaboration with the larger African community, will work to promote social activism among Nigerians.

By seeking to ...

• ... design a series of meetings, seminars, and other educational activities, the Harvard College Nigerian Student Association will expose the Harvard community to Nigerian culture, better connecting them to the reality that exists outside of Harvard.
• ... foster relationships between Nigerians, the Harvard College Nigerian Student Association will inspire the young Nigerian community to think critically about the power that is found in collective action towards a common goal.
• ... forge strong partnerships with social service organizations with a focus on Nigeria, the Harvard College Nigerian Student Association will challenge itself to become an advocate for positive social change in the Nigerian community.
