Summer Sublet -- Two Rooms Available. June - August ($650)

We have two rooms available for the summer in our homey three-bedroom apartment near the intersection of Beacon and Kirkland Streets (past Wm. James Hall), a 10 minute walk from campus.

Great location: steps away from Dali Restaurant, Cambridge Wine & Cheese Cask, and the Kebab Factory. Close to grocery stores: Savenor's, Foodmaster, Star Market.

The apartment is on the third floor of a three-family home. The floors are hard-wood, and shiny. The lighting is exceptional. Nice, open living room and kitchen. The deck makes for excellent viewing of trees, sunsets, and Annenberg Hall.

Vroom: One parking space.

The rooms are available from June 7 (date flexible) to the end of August. Rent is $650 per room, per month. June rent will be prorated.
