Fashion Week 2012: Eleganza x Rent the Runway
Girls of all shapes and sizes filled the Adams UCR last Saturday to take advantage of a Rent the Runway trunk show, sponsored by Eleganza. The event featured quite a bunch of dresses from designers such as Tibi, Badgley Mischka, Nicole Miller and Hervé Léger; guests were able to try on dresses, sign up for RTR, and pick up discount codes and cute little RTR freebies. (Check the pink wayfarers!)
Some guest favorites included the blue Tibi tribal gown and a tangerine Hervé bandage dress. I’m a big fan of the floor-length, strapless gold sequin Badley Mischka gown, which I did not hesitate to suggest to every guest who happened to ask me for styling advice.
The trunk show was the final event of Harvard Fashion Week 2012, and is definitely an occasion to be repeated.
