About Us

The Women's Leadership Network is a collection of undergraduate leaders committed to promoting leadership, providing resources for women, and fostering discussion about women's issues.

All WLN events are organized by our 6 committees: arts, conferences, core programming, outreach, leadership development, and mentorship.

WLN hosts many programs and events throughout the semester:

• workshops on leadership skills
• teas and dinners with faculty and other prominent women
• monthly socials for WLN members
• Ostara, a night celebrating women in the performing arts
• community service projects
• day-long conferences about topics specific to women
• 'Leading Ladies Luncheons' for leaders to get to know each other
• weekly opportunities and events newsletter
• mentorship program that pairs upperclass WLN members with first-years
