The Leadership Development Committee seeks to further the personal and professional development of members by providing relevant skills workshops that will benefit today's women on campus and beyond. This year's events will feature a golf lesson, workshops in leadership styles, assertiveness training, public speaking, and leadership luncheons that will bring together female leaders on campus. These events will provide opportunities for women to gain critical leadership skills and strengthen a network of supportive female leaders.
