Senior - Mississauga, Ontario
Joanna hails from Ontario, Canada. She attended Cawthra Park Secondary
School in Mississauga where she was awarded an Ontario scholar award for
academic excellence. Joanna is currently a senior concentrating in
psychology. Joanna's main events are the 100 and 200 Breast stroke. Her
athletic accomplishments include a Canadian national age group record on
the 4 x 50 Medley relay, competing at the Canadian Olympic Trials and
Top 8 finishes at Canadian Nationals in the breaststroke events. Joanna
enjoys traveling, adventurous sports, good food and music, dancing and
good humor. She is passionate about Harvard Swimming and is confident
that the team will defend its Ivy title as well as improve on last year's
3rd place finish at the ECAC Championships.
