Information for Parents

 

Leaving for Holiday Information:

 

Thanksgiving:  HWSD may leave after Tuesday morning practice (11/22). Classes do meet through Wednesday. We will have practice on Monday morning and everyone must be there. No one may take a red-eye Sunday night.

 

Holiday Break: HWSD may leave after practice on Saturday morning (12/17). We leave for training trip. The swimmers will leave very early on Wednesday (12/28) morning, so everyone should plan accordingly. The divers are going to Hawai'i.

Meet Info:

 

Brown (11/11/05): This is a home meet.

 

Cornell/Dartmouth: (11/12/05) This is technically a home meet, but we are swimming at Simmons College due to a scheduling error. We will bring our full squad to this meet, as we are not restricted by travel guidelines. Please see Simmons.edu for any questions or directions.

 

Columbia (11/18/05): We will travel to NYC on Friday and return the same day. We are having an alumnae event at the apartment of Hilary Cruz-Abrams, our Friends Co-Chair. Please see the Friends section of this website for more info. The athletes are not required to return on the bus with the team, but we need a statement in writing from the parents requesting this.

 

Kansas/Northeastern (12/2-12/3/05) This is a home meet.

 

Penn (12/10/05): We are leaving on Friday afternoon and will return Saturday night.
