Who We Are
We are a group of nondenominational Christians who came to Harvard seeking
not only intellectual enrichment, but also spiritual growth. Our desire to know
the Bible as the Word of God in a personal, practical way. Turning to the writing
of many spiritual leaders, we attempt to discover why we believe the things we do,
and how the truths in the Bible can be applied to our daily living. As young
Christians, we aspire to give God our best years so that He can be expressed and
glorified through a daily living consecrated to Him.
What We Do
Besides providing a forum for free fellowship through worship, song, and
prayer, our meetings also provide a way for us to get into the Word and be
constituted with the truth. The study of works by different spiritual leaders
throughout the centuries serves as a launching point to explore the basic tenets of
the Christian faith. Each week, we consider questions such as, "What is God's
purpose for man?" and see how some of these teachers have answered them in light of
the Bible. Ultimately, we seek to learn how to apply these truths in our daily
activities, bridging the gap between doctrine and faith. In the past, we have
looked at authors such as:
--Martin Luther
--John Nelson Darby
--John Wesley
--Mary E. McDonough
