Some Ranma Fics
As I said earlier, I've cut down most of my archive, except for
my specialty pages, and also fics which I couldn't find anywhere
else. Most likely, the ones I've tossed can be found through my
links page, here.
A ** means the fic is rather big....
Separate pages on my archive
Okay, already....
- Have a Nice Day by David
Thune--Ranma and Akane advance their relationship significantly....
Very well written, considering the author's native language isn't
English (he's a Swede). It also has an odd alternate ending, reminiscent
of Bailesu's "The Kiss" or Ranma and Ukyou's scene in Furinkan
Summer 3 (not because of the oddness, I mean, just what happens),
except...just find out yourself. Type: Original
Flavor (continuation-ish) with Unusual (misc, OOC) elements at the
beginning
- **Halftime by Aaron
Ziegler--Updated! Aaron has refined it and put it into HTML format, for
distribution among archivers. Included are fanarts drawn for the fic.
Still with yummy Chrono Trigger tips in every chapter.Type: Crossover (CT)
- Nanda? by "Mousse Lee" (can't find his real
name at the moment)--This is kinda silly twisted type of funny. He
describes it as "lemon scented" which means no graphical stuff, just the
mention of it happening a lot. ^_^ Silliness.... Type: Unusual (misc, OOC "offscreen")
- Sabishisa by Michelle Mista--This is the
only sadfic that I can bring myself to read more than a twice, probably
because of the twist at the end. Still, though, the main body is
absolutely wrenching. No, I don't start crying when I read it, but it
feels like my breath has been stolen when I read it...really wrings me
out. Take a look. It's good. Type: Unusual
(sadfic, but ends with a twist)
- **Chiesai: Dreams of Darkness by Shannon
M. Richmeyer--An old promise comes back to haunt the Tendou family,
along with their friends. A fantasy piece...it's a bit difficult to
read, due to the use of present tense (at least she's consistent), but I
think it's well done. Be warned, it's a long one. Type: Unusual (odd setting) with continuation
elements
- A Part of Him by Stephanie Gonzales--This
is the one that's remarkably similar to my "I Am a Part...." story. I
feel that it's necessary that it be here. It's also well done, too.
Type: Unusual (misc, POV)
- Kasumi...What's Wrong? by Ed T. Hrzic--Guess
who's the focus? This is very well done. It gives Kasumi the spotlight
in a serious tone.... Also, the other characters are nicely developed.
Just read it. Type: Unusual (kinda
angsty)
