All members of A Stitch in Time will have the opportunity to learn various knitting skills, from the basic stitches to completing a project. The Inbound-Outbound Connection is a program designed to teach aspiring and accomplished teachers and knitters alike the requisite skills to complete their various projects. Weekly knitting circles, which do not conflict with the Outbound classes, will allow members time to discuss their plans for knitting projects to be donated, review techniques, and learn from guest lecturers. Periodic study breaks will bring members together to share their experiences.

Furthermore, on a more person-to-person basis, The Connection encourages individuals to devise their own project-plans under the supervision of the Director. If you'd like to donate items, but need help finding a place that you'd be comfortable giving the items to, or if you would like to go beyond learning knitting and offer to help others through your talents but do not have the time or desire to do community service through The Outbound Program, The Connection is the right place for you!!!
