The Alumni of the Harvard Bach Society Orchestra
The Alumni of the Harvard Bach Society Orchestra (AHBSO) was created by a passionate group of recent Harvard graduates interested in promoting the growth of BachSoc's alumni community and supporting BachSoc's recent outreach initiatives, which include organizing regular alumni reunions, and funding free concerts for the Cambridge community. The group's primary goals are:
- 1) To reconnect BachSoc's alumni with the Orchestra and with one another through regular social activities, an annual newsletter, and other appropriate means;
- 2) to provide financial, logistical, and advisory support to BachSoc as required in order to help the Orchestra increase its outreach and carry out its mission; and
- 3) to create an active personal and professional network for BachSoc's alumni.
If you haven't already been contacted by a member of our organization and are interested in joining, please fill out our short contact form or email us at BachSocAlumni [at] post.harvard.edu with any questions. Membership in AHBSO is open to all BachSoc alumni, including but not limited to musicians, composers, arrangers, music directors, conductors, managers, and other staff.
