Bioethics and Law

HUBS hosted Professor Sheila Jasanoff, Pforzheimer Professor of Science and Technology Studies at Harvard Kennedy School, for a dinner discussion of bioethics in health and law.

Professor Jasanoff  ”explores the role of science and technology in the law, politics, and policy of modern democracies, with particular attention to the nature of public reason.” A prolific writer and innovator in her field, Professor Jasanoff also teaches two courses, Environmental Politics and Science, Power, and Politics I, at Harvard College.
