Our first practice of the year will be this coming Monday, September 12 at 3:30. We have practice Monday through Saturday, but no required commitments; you can come however many times or however few times your schedule permits. Of course, the more practices you attend, the more you benefit! Since our practices are held in the MAC, you will need a membership/access to the building. The Harvard Boxing Club provides r all of our safety gear, practice equipment, parties, viewing nights, and our end of the year exhibition night and banquet.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday are our skills practices. Practice starts at 3:30 in the MAC Mezzanine. At 4:30 we move to Fitness Room 2 and we finish at 5:30. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are our conditioning days. Tuesdays and Thursdays are in Fitness Room 2 from 3:30 – 5:30 and Saturdays are also in Fitness Room 2 but from 3 – 5. We will also have morning practices from 8 – 9 on the MAC balcony for experienced boxers only; those days are TBA. There will be announcements in the next few days about preseason conditioning; those are for returning members only!

The first practice of the spring semester will be on Monday, January 30th, from 3:30-5:30 in the Malkin Athletic Center Mezzanine. Just come in athletic clothing and we will provide the rest. Remember, beginners welcome!
