Work Experience
  Computer Coordinator Radcliffe College, Cambridge.
  Administer Netware network, including switching network applications (web server, file servers, e-mail) from Unix to Netware. Assisting in upgrading physical network. Troubleshooting hardware and software for multiple platforms.
  Technology Developer Polese Clancy, Boston.
  My job involves helping Polese Clancy to integrate design and technology for their web clients. I have developed custom CGI scripts for web clients such as BankBoston, Stride Rite Corporation and the Polese Clancy website. My web work also includes imaging, site layout, and copy-editing. I also serve as a technical liason to our clients as well as maintaining our in-house web site and office computer equipment.

  Teaching Assistant Harvard Extension School, Cambridge.
  I have worked as a teaching assistant for the Harvard Extension School, which includes teaching a hands-on lab session to over twenty students, preparing discussion materials, and grading assignments. Sessions covered such topics as Microsoft Office, organizing relational databases, HTML, and how to go about putting a business online.
  Macintosh Networking Specialist Harvard FAS Computer Services, Cambridge.
  As the Macintosh networking specialist, I was the highest level of undergraduate Macintosh support; troubleshooting network, hardware, and software problems. I also gave lectures and hands-on presentations to a team of fifty user assistants as part of fall training, and worked with them throughout the year to improve upon their support skills.
