Our dinner and silent auction raised over $2100 for the surgeries of three children in China: Dang Gui Ai (heart surgery), Zhuang Zhuang (cerebral palsy procedure), and Tian Jia (cleft palate surgery).

At the dinner, Dr. Kleinman discussed treating mental disorders in China, while Dr. Jun spoke about the complications of AIDS and its impact on villages and children. Afterwards, guests attended our silent auction, featuring such items as Jet Blue tickets, a stay at the Charles Hotel, and gift certificates to various restaurants and businesses in teh Square.
