On February 17, Concilio Latino, along with the Colombian Colloquium, HACIA Democracy, HOLA and the Institute of Politics hosted a welcome reception in honor of former Mayor of Bogota, Colombia who is currently a visiting fellow at the IOP. Over 40 students and members of the community atttended the event. Mayor Mockus will lead study groups, political discussions, and attend various events around the University
