Meg
Newman, CSP's Site Coordinator for 2003-2004, has been active
in the growth of CSP since she served as the Summer Director for Cambridge
in 2002. Along with her co-director, John Persinger (Harvard '03),
she walked the streets of Cambridge, recruiting a solid client base,
establishing a strong referral network and assembling the initial
members of the Local Advisory Board. In August, Meg returned to Richmond,
VA where she served as the Client Service Chair and a committed volunteer
for NSP-Richmond. She graduated from the University of Richmond in
May 2003 with a double major in Latn American Studies and Spanish
and studied in Valencia, Spain and Cordoba, Argentina. She is a native
of Newton, MA where her gracious parents have hosted numerous CSP
volunteer events. She is a diehard NSP fan and loves working with
CSP volunteers and clients. In the immortal words of Dory fish, Meg
reminds you to "just keep swimming!" |
