For a dynamic map of locations not listed here (but on the Harvard campus), check out map.harvard.edu. If you need driving directions to the Harvard fields, try maps.google.com, and get directions to 65 North Harvard St., Boston, MA. If you still have problems, contact one of the captains.

1. MAC Quad
From the Out Of Town News by the Harvard T-Stop on the Red Line:

Walk down Dunster St., which is the street between Au Bon Pain and the T stop. You will pass CitySports and La Flamme. If necessary, buy some shorts and get a haircut. Proceed down Dunster St., crossing Mt. Auburn. A block or two after Mt. Auburn you will pass some Harvard-style brick buildings and see ahead and to your left a large grassy area with some trees at the corners. This, my friend, is the MAC quad.

2. IM Fields
From the Out Of Town News by the Harvard T-Stop on the Red Line:

Walk toward the river down JFK St., which is the big street with Pizzeria Uno's that comes out of the main Harvard Sq. intersection. Keep walking. You will cross several streets and pass such fine establishments as Radio Shack, Staples, and Shay's. Keep walking. Cross Memorial Drive (be careful) to the JFK bridge. Cross the bridge. Cross the street at the end of the bridge. At the right-hand part of the intersection there is a large steel gate. This, weary traveller, is the Harvard Stadium Gate.

Enter the gate and turn sharply right. Walk about a quarter mile, through a small parking lot and past the turf field. The large expanse of green (or brown) on your left is the IM fields. Look for people throwing discs.

3. Rugby Fields

Turn left at the end of the small parking lot. Walk for about a quarter mile, passing the Gordon Indoor Track. The baseball diamond will be on your left and the rugby field on the right.

4. The Quad
Leave the Yard via Johnston gate. The big one between Mass. Hall and Hollis. Cross the street. Walk down Garden Street for a long time, until you find Hilles library on your right. The quad is behind Hilles Library.

5. Widener Library Steps
In the Yard, in what is called Tercentenary Theatre (where Freshman Welcome was held), there is a very large library. Someday, you may even go inside. This library has a very wide staircase outside. When we say Widener Steps, we refer both to the staircase itself and to the area in front of the steps.

6. Indoor Track
The directions to the IM fields.

7. The Stadium
Go down to the corner of JFK St. and Memorial Drive. Cross the river. Enter through the gate across the street on the corner.

8. MIT
Take the T to the Central stop. Walk south on Mass. Ave. then make right onto Vassar. Fields will be on the left after you pass all the buildings. (You will also see the crazy-looking Simmons dorms on the right.) Enter the fields wherever you can. Approximately a 10 minute walk from the Central T stop.

9. Cambridge Public Fields
Head out across the river to the stadium. Go along the right side of the stadium towards the track. Cross the grassy area between the baseball field and the track. There will be a wire fence to your right. There is a hole at the end of this fence. Crawl through the hole. You are there.
