   Once riding a scooter he named "Ginger," and donning Sideshow Bob's hairdo, Justin "Skindog" Skinner has now cleaned his act up—he has returned to strolling about and a buzz-cut. Skinner's hammer breaks all marks and slices through the wind. Even if the force side is open for a score, Skinner will up his fantasy points and throw the upwind to the back left corner—GOAL!
