Here at the Harvard Educational Studies Program, we care deeply about sharing our passions with our students. At the same time, as individuals, each and every teacher here cares about something different -- something convictingly personal to them.
As a result, we believe that teaching is much more complex than just the process of lecturing. It's a way of inspiring others the way we ourselves were each inspired, of setting off that spark that completely changes someone's perspective and enriches their lives for the better. That's why we believe that you, the teacher, should be given the freedom to design your own unique curriculum because -- trust us -- no one else can teach it better.
