College-Age/Senior Counselor Position
College-age counselors at Franklin I-O partner with a high school-age counselor from Franklin Hill or Franklin Field to lead a group of approximately 10 students for the duration of the seven-week program.
The responsibilities of the college-age counselor include but are not limited to teaching, curriculum planning, mentoring, fundraising, and communication with the students' families.
Counselors are given free housing and a stipend of approximately $3200 for their work during the summer.
