High School-Age/Junior Counselor Position
High school-age counselors at Franklin I-O partner with a college-age counselor to lead a group of approximately 10 students for the duration of the seven-week program.
The responsibilities of the high school-age counselor include but are not limited to teaching, curriculum planning, student supervision, and communication with the students' families.
High school-age counselors are paid an hourly wage for their work and are expected to work between 35 and 40 hours per week.
