I. Christine Todd Whitman - Tuesday - Former EPA Administrator and New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman will be delivering a public address at the John F. Kennedy, Jr. Forum on Tuesday, 5 December, at 6 p.m. Immediately following the forum, the IOP will host a reception for HRC members and other students with Gov. Whitman. If you are interested in attending the forum, please contact the Vice President of Speakers and Political Discourse, Caleb Weatherl, weatherl@fas.harvard.edu.

II. Executive Board Meeting - Sunday - All members of the Harvard Republican Club are invited to attend the weekly Executive Board meeting this Sunday at 9 p.m. in Quincy. If you are interested in coming, please contact the Secretary, Christopher Lacaria, clacaria@fas.harvard.edu.

III. UC Presidential Election - This Week - Don't forget to cast your ballot for UC President/Vice President this week. Voting can be accessed at uc.fas.harvard.edu . The HRC -endorsed ticket is Tom Hadfield for President and Adam Goldenberg for Vice President. Also on the ballot is the EAC initiative, which would insist that Harvard agree to limiting its greenhouse gas emissions without giving any sense of how much such a program would cost both the University, and more importantly, students -- don't forget you can abstain, if you support both the environment and low tuition costs!

IV. Buy a T-Shirt - You can buy an HRC T-shirt for $10 by emailing Mark Shepard at mshepard@fas.harvard.edu to arrange for payment and shipping/pickup.

V. Pay Dues - If you haven't paid your $5 dues for the year yet, you can do so by mailing it with your name and email address to Christopher Higgins, 1626 Harvard Yard Mail Center, or email him at chiggins@fas . Be sure to include your name and e-mail address in the envelope. Paying dues gets you a membership card, priority in our events, and an endless array of sundry benefits.
