A big welcome to all the new Harvard GSAS Taekwondo members! We had a lot of people join this year and we are looking forward to a great year with all of you! See you at practices!

The Fall 2012 Schedule has been finalized:

Classes:
Mondays – 8:00 – 9:30 pm (QRAC)
Thursdays – 8:20 – 10:00 pm (MAC Mezzanine)
Saturdays – 4:00 – 5:30 pm (QRAC)

Sparring Practices:
Mondays – 9:30 – 10:30 pm (QRAC)
Wednesdays – 9:00 – 10:30 pm (QRAC)
Saturdays – 5:30 – 6:30 pm (QRAC)

If you would like to register for Harvard GSAS Taekwondo in 2012-2013, go to the registration form here (the registration is for both clubs, undergraduate and graduate, but we will automatically place you on the correct roster). Please also make sure to fill out the waiver (can be found here) and submit it together with payment (if you are paying by cash/check) to a board member. The deadline for registration is 9/17 (if there is a reason why you can’t register by that deadline, send us an e-mail at harvard.graduatetkd@gmail.com).

Wear sports clothing to kick in, no shoes necessary, we have mats. Also, there will be an additional practice on Saturday, Sep 15th from 4-5:30 pm at the QRAC (66 Garden St). Shuttles go to the Quad if you don’t want to walk/bike.

Our demo and intro practice will be on Thursday, 9/13 at 8:20 pm in the MAC Mezzanine. Come out to get a look at what we do! After the demo we will have an intro practice, so wear something comfortable to kick in and join us! We have mats, so you don’t need shoes.

There is also a practice on Monday, 9/10 at 7:30 pm in the QRAC (66 Garden St). This is for everyone, so come out to practice with us!

We are also close to finishing our final practice schedule, so come back soon to learn about it.

We will be at Dudley Fest 2012 (Wednesday, August 29th, 12:30-3:30) at Dudley House in the Yard. Come by and talk to us to get to know us better and learn what we are all about in person! We will also have more information about introductory practices by then and there will be an interest form to sign up to receive more info in the next weeks to make sure you hear about all the important dates and events. If you want to, you can also sign up for this form online here. Hope to see you there!

Summer is coming to an end soon and we are looking forward to a great Fall 2012 semester. If you are interested in becoming a member and would like to be included on e-mails with information about introductory practices, demos, etc, please fill out the interest form here. This is not a registration for the club yet, but once we are starting registration we will let you know if you are on the list.

We will also be at Dudley Fest 2012 on August 29th, so come visit us there to meet us in person!
