Software Required to Edit and Save PDF Forms

   Adobe Acrobat Professional

   KeyAccess

   Cisco Systems VPN Client*


This software is available for free for all Harvard Students at the FAS Software Downloads page, accessible with your Harvard PIN. The software is keyserved, so you must be connected to the internet to use it.

In order to save your PDF form to complete later, you will need Adobe Acrobat Professional (Acrobat Reader can allow you to view, edit, and print PDF forms but not save them).

For the software to work while you are connected to the Harvard FAS Network, you will need to download and install Harvard's Key Server software.

*For the software to work while you are connected to the internet from an off-campus location, you will need to install and configure the Cisco System's VPN Client.
