- About the content:
- On Nov.5, Harvard community was shocked by the forever loss of Ge,
Hailei, a first year graduate student in computer science, who just
started his study at Harvard for two months ago. The action that Hailei
chose to leave all the burdens behind has really broken our hearts.
A lot of international students are deeply concerned with this incident.
We believe there are lots of lessons we should learn. We organize this
special seminar to address related issues for students, especially
international students, which include:
- assisting students to understand and become psychologically
prepared for the stresses in their study life.
- helping students to become aware of and seek available supporting
resources for their specific difficulties.
- facilitating students, epsecially international student to cope with
social and cultural transitions.
This seminar is open to public. Students, scholars, and especially
international students and scholars are welcome to join the discussion.
