Tai-Sun Chen is the Governor of Tainan County, Taiwan.

Dr. TS.Tsentsenbileg is a researcher at the Insitute of Philosophy, Sociology, and Law of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences.

Jong-Keun You is the Governor of North Cholla Province, Republic of Korea, and Economic Advisor to President Kim Dae-Jung.

Patrick Jory is a lecturer at the school of Asian Studies at the University of Western Australia.

Xavier Gros is from the European Commission, Joint Research Centre.

Alain Schebath is from the Yokohoma National University, Faculty of Economics.

Tommy Koh is Singapore's former Ambassador to the US and UN, and former Dean of Law at National University of Singapore.

Lien Chan is the Vice-President of the Republic of China, and presidential candidate.

Wang Dan was the student leader of the 1989 Tiananmen Movement. He is currently in exile in America, and is a student at Harvard University.

Helen Hardacre is a Professor of Japanese Studies at the Edwin O. Reishchauer Institute of Japanese Studies, Harvard University.

Richard Madsen is a Professor of Sociology at the University of California, San Diego. He is also author of "China's Catholics: Tragedy and Hope in an Emerging Society."

Nancy Chen is Assistant Professor of Anthropology at University of California, Santa Cruz. She is also author of "Breathing Spaces: Qigong, Psychiatry, and Body" and "Politics of Late Twentieth Century China"

Ramkishen Rajan is a research associate at the Institute for Policy Studies, Singapore.

Hwy-Chang Moon is Professor at the Graduate Institute for International and Area Studies, Seoul National University.

Seon-Sik Kim is a Professor at the School of Business, Sookmyung Women's University.

John Tseng is the Commissioner for Customs and Excise in the Hong Kong SAR.

Xinsheng Zhang is the Mayor of Suzhou Municipality, China 1989-98.

Mattew Q. Wu is an analyst at Putnam Investments, and holds a Ph.D. in Economics.

Omkar Goswami is a Professor of Economics and Editor of Business India.

Dr. Duk In Choi is the President of the Korea Advanced Insitute of Science and Technology.

Lim Pin is the President of the National University of Singapore.

Dr. Fanny M. Cheung is the Founding Chairperson of the Equal Opportunities Commission, May 1996-July 1999; and Professor of Psychology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Jung-Tzung Yih is the Director of the Information Division of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Boston.

Eve Zimmerman is a Professor at Wellesley College and a Bunting Fellow at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, Harvard University.
