Located in the basement of Thayer Hall in Harvard Yard, the Queer Resource Center is a hidden gem of a space. It boasts a TV/DVD player, stereo, desktop computer, and hundreds of resources, including books, magazines, TV shows, and movies. It also has two comfy couches, extra chairs, and lots of delicious snacks for staffers and patrons to enjoy.
The QRC's regular hours are Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm. To get to us, we recommend entering Thayer on its western face, closer to the Science Center, using a set of stairs in the front of the building that go to the basement. We've included a map below. Drop by soon!
In addition to being open for the Harvard community every weekday, the QRC is used by a number of student groups in the evenings and weekends, including the Trans Task Force, FemSex, BlackOut, Contact, and the Political Committee of the Harvard College Queer Students and Allies.
