About HFARC: Who we are and what we do

Mission Statement

The Harvard Friends of the American Red Cross is an organization of Harvard undergraduates who works with the Red Cross to bring Harvard four blood drives during the academic year as well as opportunities related to Disaster Services and Public Health and Safety. We actively recruit donors and volunteers and we try to publicize as much as possible. We also participate at the actual drive by volunteering and donating as much as possible. The Harvard Friends of the American Red Cross also acts as a source of awareness for the general community when it comes to the importance of the New England blood supply. So, in order to spread the word as much as possible, we have created this site for the Harvard community.
