The Harvard Chess Club Welcomes You!

The Harvard Chess Club, founded in 1874, is the oldest chess club in the Boston area. We welcome players and students of all strengths to our weekly meetings, where we teach, study, and play in a casual setting. As an entirely student-run organization, we also host on-campus tournaments, compete in intercollegiate matches, and actively promote the chess community at Harvard.
