Dimsum: Mission Accomplished

Hope everyone’s enjoying the long weekend!

HHKS decided to celebrate President’s Day by having our first dimsum run of the semester! (Erm, yes, President’s Day..)

As always, dimsum was a delicious success; we were so busy stuffing our faces that we forgot to take pictures, but the vast amounts of China Pearl’s doufufa (豆腐花, literally “tofu flower”) has made me want to try making my own (complete with sugary gingery syrup)! Perhaps at the next HHKS event? We shall see…

(And of course, if there are any particular foods you’d like to see us attempt, let us know at harvardhks@gmail.com!)

Blog revived!

Hi everyone!

We’re going to start updating the blog with posts about our events and any recent news we may stumble upon (literally? perhaps), as well as other random thoughts and discussion in the coming months.

For now, I’m going to start with a link to an article about possibly the best thing about Hong Kong: FOOD!

(Might I add that we actually made our own deliciously heart-attack inducing Hong Kong-Style French Toast during an event last semester? Mmm..)

And also, be sure to let us know if there’s anything you would like to see on our blog by sending an email to harvardhks@gmail.com!
