Dimsum: Mission Accomplished

Hope everyone’s enjoying the long weekend!

HHKS decided to celebrate President’s Day by having our first dimsum run of the semester! (Erm, yes, President’s Day..)

As always, dimsum was a delicious success; we were so busy stuffing our faces that we forgot to take pictures, but the vast amounts of China Pearl’s doufufa (豆腐花, literally “tofu flower”) has made me want to try making my own (complete with sugary gingery syrup)! Perhaps at the next HHKS event? We shall see…
