Board of Directors
As a registered 501(c)3 non-profit, we are required to have a Board of Directors which oversees the Corporation and makes decisions on long-term strategic initiatives for the organization as a whole. The Board of Directors has 18 members, selected each year by the general membership, and is chaired by the President. The Board of Directors meets monthly, and meetings are open to IRC members and listed on the IRC Calendar. Minutes and resolutions from past Board meetings can be found under Information.
