Loan Application Information
The Housing Opportunities
Program's loan application is now available for download in Adobe
PDF and Microsoft Word formats. Before obtaining the application,
we ask that you first read a brief set of
guidelines. In
particular, please note that HOP prefers to recieve applications
through local Community Development Corporations or other social
agencies, and self-referred clients are given last priority when
we evaluate applications. Potentially applicants are urged to
contact a caseworker at such an agency and fill out the forms with
their assistance, which will speed the application process and
improve the likelihood of HOP granting a loan.
