Incoming Freshman
A BIG WELCOME TO THE CLASS OF 2013!!!
We have been praying for you all summer and are thrilled that you are now on campus!
We want you to know that HRCF intends to be a fully welcoming community where you can fit right in. There are a variety of ways to meet us and other cool freshmen:
1. Come to one of our welcome events!
The first is the HRCF welcome dinner on Tuesday, September 1st. We're gathering at 20 Banks, the InterVarsity house, at 6PM to talk about the year ahead. Here's a map to our home:

The second event is our HUGE kick-off BBQ. Expect to meet tons of other freshmen as we serve up fresh burgers and kalbi BBQ! Saturday, September 5, from 5-7PM. (Location to be announced soon!). Later that evening we have a joint worship event with AACF and the CSA from 9-11PM.
The third big outreach event is LAUNCH. Launch features catered food from our favorite Harvard eateries, student testimonies, and great socializing! Monday, September 7 from 6-8PM. Location will be announced soon.
2. Participate in an Area Group! Area Groups are "places of spiritual growth" located all over campus. This year our Area Groups will be studying the Gospel of John. Contact one of our awesome freshman outreach team members to get involved!

3. Attend morning prayer. We gather on the steps of Memorial Church, Monday-Friday, from 9:30-9:50am, to pray for our fellow students and Harvard University!
4. Come on the fall retreat! Freshmen get a 50% discount! This retreat is joint with AACF and SoulFood. Our retreat this year will be at a lovely retreat center in New Hampshire, from October 2-4.
