HRO's annual concerto competition will take place on Saturday September 19 with the winner performing at our November concert. Only current HRO members are eligible to audition with the exception of current Harvard undergraduates auditioning on a non-orchestral instrument (e.g. piano, saxophone, guitar) or voice. Orchestral instrumentalists will receive audition instructions during HRO rehearsal at the beginning of September. Non-orchestral instrumentalists and vocalists interested in applying should email firstname.lastname@example.org for applications. If selected to audition, musicians should be prepared to audition their entire concerto on September 19 and may want to arrange an accompanist, although this is not required.
